RABF works with Rotary clubs and Districts across India to plan, develop and implement projects to reduce preventable blindness in the community mainly by providing the necessary information, network, technical expertise and donations. The project can be to augment the existing eye hospital infrastructure or establishing a Vision Centre / Tele-Ophthalmology Centre or even to establish a full-fledged eye hospital.
